1. Gather
your address list.
* I will send the invitations for you, all you have to do is get me
your list.
* Timing of the invitations is the most IMPORTANT part in hosting
your party. The goal is to have your guests receive their invitation
2 weeks before your party.
* You want 10 or more guests in attendance. Remember, about 25% of
those you invite will attend. I will take care of the postage and
invitations, so invite as many people as you like. MORE IS BETTER!
* Invite friends, neighbors, family, church members, classmate’s
parents, sports and work out buddies, work associates and old friends
you want to see. Remember, this is a girl’s night out with no
presentation involved. It’s just fun mingling with your friends
and trying on lots of great jewelry!
2. Personal
Invitation call.
* You will get more people to attend your show if you personally invite
your guests. Please call them and ask if they can attend your show.
If they want to attend, we will send them an invitation. The day before
your show, I will call to remind your guest of the show. All of this
will help increase your attendance.
3. Hostess
incentives for hosting a party.
* Our incentive plan is one of the best you will find. The Hostess
earns free jewelry based on the amount and number of orders from the
show with an average show earning the Hostess $250 or more in free
jewelry. With all or our incentives, many Hostesses earn over $300
in free jewelry.
4. Collecting
sales before your party. (Set your goal of at least $200!)
* I will send you a few catalogs and order forms. Since many of your
guests will not be able to attend your party, this is your chance
to allow them to purchase before the party. This is a great way to
increase your party sales and earn more free jewelry.
5.
Preparing your home for a jewelry party.
* DON'T buy too much food.
* DON'T spend too much time cleaning.
* DO relax and have fun. Your guests will be focused on all the fine
sterling silver jewelry, not your home.
6. The party.
* I will arrive 1 hour before the party to set up the jewelry display.
* Your kitchen or dining room table is the best display area. It's
important to have your snacks in the same area as the jewelry so your
guests can eat, mingle and try on jewelry.
* As hostess, you will get to wear several items of jewelry during
the show. You want to make sure your guests see how beautiful it looks.
* Remember, many of your guests will follow you, so be sure to stay
close to the jewelry table during the evening.
7. FREE JEWELRY.
* Is this easy or what? You don't have to do too much to earn up to
$250 - $300 or more in free jewelry.
