I became a representative for this company in October of 2005. Up until that point I had been waitressing & bartending nights to help make ends meet. I have been a “stay-at-home-mom” for the last 17 years raising our 5 children now ages 16, 15, 13, 11 & 6. My husband is a firefighter, and works 24 hour shifts, so working around his schedule has always been a necessity.
When I went to my first jewelry party, timing was everything! My kids were at an age where they didn’t need me every minute, and it was time to do something for myself. I knew that this business would enable me to continue staying at home caring for my family, contribute towards our family income like I have never done before, and have fun at the same time! I’m still able to attend my son’s football games, my daughter’s cheerleading competitions, participate in carpools & PTO meetings. Plus, I no longer feel guilty about getting my nails & hair done, treating myself to a new outfit, and going out with my girlfriends. The best part is that I earn in 1 month what would have taken me 3 months waitressing!
I look forward to my “parties”, getting dressed up as a professional, and building my business one party at a time. Having my own business has helped me grow as a person, helping me develop skills & friendships that I will have for a lifetime. I knew I had stumbled upon something great when recently I saw an old friend whom I hadn’t seen in years. She told me I had never looked so good, and that I was actually glowing!! “What is it about you? What have you done?”
I simply smiled. I knew what it was. I had found myself.......in Sterling Silver!!
Since writing this, I am proud to say that my earnings with this company has earned me an all expense paid trip to Maui for my husband & I in January!! Aloha!
